The Fallow Veil was born from a deep respect for the natural world and the quiet stories found in bones, incapsulating a life lived. I’m Alex, an artist who works with ethically sourced remains and passed family pets to create sculptures that honor the life that once was.

Each piece is a meditation on memory, decay, and the sacred bond between humans and nature. I believe that even in death, there is beauty—and that memorial art can offer comfort, meaning, and a sense of peace. Whether found in the forest or sent to me from someone mourning a companion, every bone is treated with reverence, intention, and care.
